Jędrzej Chodziński is the co-founder and Chairman of the Board of the Association of Krakow’s Local Initiative Leaders (SKILL). He has been involved in the nonprofit sector for over 12 years. He served on the boards of ESN and the Young Diplomats Forum, as well as being an active member of AIESEC and EDYN. After the first edition of Campus Polska 2021, he decided, together with Michał Sandecki, to create something of his own – and that’s how SKILL was born. Today, the organization is thriving, having successfully carried out or partnered in over 40 projects since its inception! Jędrzej is actively engaged in initiatives that empower young people and strengthen their impact on the world around them. Under his leadership, SKILL supports the development of local leaders and fosters civic engagement, because he firmly believes that young people have the power – and it’s worth unlocking!
